Humanities, Philosophy, and Foreign Language Dept.

Southwest Minnesota State students taking courses within this department are able to major and minor in a variety of areas.

Students may complete a major/minor in Spanish and an Education major in World Languages and Culture-Spanish. A minor is available in French.

Students may complete a major/minor in Philosophy.  The Pre-Law minor is housed within the Philosophy program.

Humanities offers a set of LAC courses exploring the human experience.
